OF UP TO 60 miles?

[Attaining] speeds of [up to] 60 miles per hour, cheetahs [are perhaps] the [fastest] of land animals. [no error]

This is on page 847 #27 on the OG Book.

Why is [up to] correct? Attaining speeds OF UP TO 60 miles per hour sounds very awkward

theooo Why is [up to] correct? Strange question. It's correct for the same reason that miles per hour is correct, or for the same reason that land animals is correct, and so on.
