Of /to communicating/communication

Hello,

I am not sure which of the following sentences is the most correct:

-Enter the way of communicating with your pal,

-Enter the way of communication with your pal,

-Enter the way to communicate with your pal,

-Enter the way to communicating with your pal.

The context is a form where you ask someone to choose among several ways "of communication" with another person who is about to meet (email, the internet, phone, etc...). These would be displayed after the first sentence (with boxes).

I want to avoid including more verbs , as in "enter the way you would like/want..to.."

Thank you very much in advance.
