Would it be correct to write "what's the acceptance rate to get into Harvard" and "what's the acceptance of getting into harvard"?

The first sentence is ungrammatical. The second sentence, "What's the acceptance rate of getting into Harvard?", is better, but still ungrammatical. "What's the acceptance rate for getting into Harvard?" would be okay.

acceptance rate for getting into Harvard would work, but you might rephrase the whole thing as What percentage of applications to (enter/attend) Harvard are accepted?
