Of all the uses of pumkins, none is as amusing as the way

Of all the uses of pumpkins, none is as amusing as the way it was used by the eighteenth-century New Englanders.

I wonder if the above sentence is derived from "None of all the uses of pumpkins is as amusing as the way it was used by the eighteenth-century New Englanders." Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
