Odd grammar construction or smth else

Found these ones in a novel:
1) I comes up ‘ere to the first floor …
2) I usually does ‘is room first…
3) So the I runs out down the steps to the lodge and tells Mr. Beecroft that young Mr. Bowles has ‘ung himself.
Can it be a kind of colloquial form or a form of expressing nonnative Engish?

It is dialect in speech. Someone who recognizes the characters referred to could probably tell you exactly who is speaking. I'm sure from what you have given us the speaker is a servant.

  • With the missing 'h' in a couple of places, my guess would be Cockney.
