I think it means a medical examiner overview, right?

This is a small list with lines like that:

1. due to DENTAL IMPRESSIONS

2. due to REMOVED

3 due to

What does it mean!?!?

Does it mean the thing from which a person died?

Then what does REMOVED mean?

Only seeing small snippets, it is hard to interpret properly.

1) no idea...wild, wild guess...I know he is the killer due to the dental impressions left on the victim. (due to is used incorrectly)

It is, I believe, a description of the dead body. It is a small list including some lines. Each line begins with DUE TO and the whole thing looks like this:

I can only guess these are the things from which a man died?

Without more information, we can only make wild guesses.

Perhaps the paragraph preceding this information gave some rationale or logic as to why the person died. And the pathologist simply listed a bunch of reasons for death? Each line began with "due to"? I don't know. Impossible to say.
