O'clock/A.M.

It is not twelve O'clock yet. If it is, the alarm will be ring.

It is not 12/twelve A.M. yet. If it is, the alarm will be ring.

Are they OK?

If not, why?

the first sentence options are all fine. We don't use a capital o in o'clock though. If it is - this is incorrect.
