Observer's For

Hi

If the name of the magazine is: Observer Sport Monthly then the Observer's is just the abbreviation of the former??? Why is the word For capitalized???

What does it actually mean ... the Observer's For...???

The following correction was printed in the Observer's For the record column, Sunday June 16 2002 .
