Obscure, conceal

Hi,

One of my teachers relies too much on terminology in her instructions, so I was wondering if I could use the words 'obscure' or 'conceal'.

"The expressions she uses are so difficult to understand. In a way they obscure/conceal the facts we need to solve the problems."

Thank you.
