Obscure and repercussion

How do you do?

Please make sure that I understand how to correctly use these words in the sentence.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

1. Obscure: indistinctly heard or out of sight

EX. When I glanced back at the guy who walked passed me by, I could not identify who he was because it was crowd and obscure.

This sentence may seem weird, but I don't think there is anything wrong with me using the word obscure in the sentence, right?

2. Repercussion: A reciprocal motion after impact.

For this word, I cannot even come up with the sentence because I don't know what the definition of the word even means! What is reciprocal motion. I kept getting confused repercussion with revenge for some reasons. Do they have similar meaning?

THANK YOU!

First of all, thank you for your answers.

However, I still have questions for the usage of repercussion.

If I say that "after getting insulted racially in front of thousands of people, I'm still feeling the repercussion?"

Would that mean the same thing as "after getting insulted racially in front of thousands of people, I'm still feeling the impact?"

If repercus
