Obnoxious but popular buzz words of the first decade

I'm compiling a list of what some people may conceive to be obnoxious but popular "buzz" words and phrases that made it into the popular lexicon during the past ten years. "Buzz" words/phrases in this case are popular and cool, but contribute to the decline or corruption of the English language. Here are my submissions:
absolutely - instead of "certainly"
issue - instead of "problem"
I hear you - instead of "I understand"
Know what I'm saying - instead of "do you understand"

Please feel free to add to the above.

In my experience "I hear you" also carries the implication "but I don't necessarily agree with you".
