objective, goal, and purpose

I searched the differences between these three words, but was still confused. Can anyone use examples to explain the differences between them?

Objective and goal are similar. My objective/goal is to educate people in the use of English vocabulary. Objective is slightly more formal.

Objective and goal are similar.
