I understand A and B have different meanings. But, what I am confused is if A and B cab be always used exchangeable and they are grammatically correct?
For example; I eat food healthily. I eat food healthy.
I read quietly. I read quite.
You live your life happy. You live your life happily.

I think since both sentence structures are correct, you can pretty much say anything as long as it is logical and expresses what you want to say.
