Object pronouns after 'suggested that'

Is there a rule for using object pronouns after some verbs like 'suggest'? Is it to do with the use of 'that'?
Thanks

You mean like "suggest me" and "suggest him"? That's not good English. "suggest" can't be used like this, though hundreds of other verbs can ("advise me", "deceive me", "help me", etc.
