Grammar

Hello, i was wondering if someone could go over the grammar in the following paragraph? My mind is drawing a blank, and its very important to me, that this comes out right. Maybe even wording it differently?

"Uncle Carmine...I love you. You are a very strong; but calm, smart and kind person. I will never forget the times we shared, especially in CapeMay. As my Uncle as my Friend, You will always be remembered.

Aunt carol and Family...I love you. You did Uncle Carmine proud in a tough time, had courage, strength and your finger on the pulse of his heart, and it showed.

Im here for all of you. Stay strong..."

Thank you for your time.

Dear Grassi,

Please accept my condolences to you and your family.

I think 'strong ... calm, smart, and kind' could be combined together without using 'but'. Those traits complement each other well.

I would not attach the word 'show' to people who care for others out of their love or affection. Showing is never their intention. We see their action and we recognize it. Si

Grassi, what you wrote was fine. And remember, any times words come from the heart, they are appreciated. You could have spelled every word wrong and been full of grammatical mistakes and no one would have cared.

I hope your family is doing okay - and don't forget that a few weeks from now, when all the food people bring stops coming and the visits stop is when your aunt will need you eve
