Obama to run campaign ad during Super Bowl

Obama to run campaign ad during Super Bowl

I just saw the headline at yahoo. If it was a normal sentence, it should've been

Obama to run campaign ad during the Super Bowl.

because there is only one Super Bowl, right? I also think there should be an a before campaign, but I am not 100% sure about it. Is it OK to leave out an article(s) in the headline?
