Nursery rhyme origin

I am looking for the origin of a nursery rhyme. If this is the wrong group please direct me to the correct one.

The rhyme (may not be correct in every word) is:

Hector Protector was dressed all in green Hector Protector was sent to the Queeen The Queen didn't like him Nor yet did the King So Hector Protector was sent back again.
Who was Hector Protector or on whom was he based? What time in history wold this refer to. eg what Queen or King?

TIA

George

I could find no history of its origin. Most renderings on the net have the fourth line as "No more did the King." Sorry, no luck.
