Nurse in UAE needs help..!

00 I am a nurse and originally from Thailand. I moved to UAE for 4 months ago. Would like to work here as nurse but It seems to be difficult for me because I have to take an exam, NCLEX exam. I have no idea about the exam and my english is so terrible, I think. 02 br

00 If you know about this exam, please advice me somethings useful...:-) I have tried to study by my self for several months but but it seems my English isn't getting better at all. They don't have medical English here that I can take, only general English. I feel so bad about my self. Maybe I think I should give up about working as nurse here. 02 br
