Numerals

Hello!

I've learnt that when we need to say a phone number, for example, 1358077 we say: one three five eight oh double seven (not seven seven). Could you tell me please how should I say if the phone number, for example, is 1358777 (double seven and seven?) or triple seven?

The second question is when I say a page, for example, page 133. How should I say it? One hundred thirty three? Is it a mistake to say one double three? Or if the page is 124? Can I say page one two four? Or is one hundred twenty four is correct?

And the last question is how to say 101, 102, etc.? One hundred and one? Or one hundred one? Should I use 'and'?

Thank you!
