Numbers and commas

There are four main opportunities to collect data; 1) Selection Committee members, 2) faculty that submitted proposals, 3) faculty that chose not to submit proposals, and 4) proposals and syllabi.

Is this correct?

The structure is not clearly parallel, I think. And use a colon , not a semicolon: There are four main opportunities to collect data : 1) from Selection Committee members, 2) from faculty that submitted proposals, 3) from faculty that chose not to submit proposals, and 4) from proposals and syllabi. Doesn't #4 overlap #2?

Thank you- that makes sense. No, #2 are people," faculty that applied for the grant" may be a better way to word that. #4 are documents.
