And

I find out that my friend shares the same birthday as me. I say:

I haven't met anyone who shares the same birthday as me until now.

Or

I hadn't met anyone who shares the same birthday as me until now.

Can you say:

A town is in bankruptcy? Like for example:

Stockton is in a bankruptcy.
