Can I group numbers -- instead of spelling them out -- for ease of reading?

Do you agree with all my examples?
  • The conversation lasted anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes.
  • It was a 5- to 15-minute conversation.
  • OR: It was a 5 to 15 minute conversation (no hyphens).
