Numbers

HELLO. I´M FROM BRAZIL AND NEED HELP WITH NUMBERS IN ENGLISH. I´D LIKE TO KNOW:
1) IF COMMAS ARE NECESSARY WHEN WRITING LARGE NUMBERS. FOR EXAMPLE:
FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-THREE OR FIVE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-THREE?
2) IF THE "AND" IS NECESSARY OR I CAN JUST SAY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE;
3) IF IT´S CORRECT TO SAY "A THOUSAND A HUNDRED TWO" (1102);
4) IF THERE´S A RULE FORE SUBSTITUTING "ONE" BY THE ARTICLE "A", LIKE THE EXAMPLE BEFORE.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

I do not think there's a rule fro subtituying one for the article a. Just use the word one. You can say A hundred bill, but in that case you are refering to the bill instead of the hundred
