Which sentence is correct:

1. We are your true companion that provides you with a range of solutions.
or

We are your true companion that provide you with a range of solutions.

2. We are your true companion that provide you with various solutions.
or

We are your true companion that provides you with various solutions.

'True companion' may be acceptable in Indian English, but it sounds very odd in AmE/BrE. I suggest something like this: We are a dedicated company providing a range of effective solutions.

'True companion' may be acceptable in Indian English, but it sounds very odd in AmE/BrE. I suggest something like this:

We are a dedicated company providing a range of effective solutions.

I still am confused if s/es (singular rules) should come after introducing a clause (that/who) in a sentence that has plural subject (we).

Number 1 is fine to use. But if you are selling yourself/company I think it is best to say 'We are dedicated companions that will provide you with a range of solutions'
