The talks between Iran and the US over Iran's nuclear program has not achieved any progress because both parties are not willing to yield. The US is suspicous of Iran's intention and Iran, according to a spokesperson, requires the technology for cheap electricity.

Are there any mistakes?
Thanks.

Thank you, MM. I have just one question. Do you always use neither when there are two parties involved and the sentence is negative? For example

Neither Mary nor I liked the decoration.

Both Mary and I disliked the decoration.

I don't know when to use which.
Thanks in advance.

(Edit: Thanks, Abil.)

Do you always use neither when there are two parties involved and the sentence is negative?-- No, but it is often more natural and usually better style to front the negation.
