Now/know/no (pronunciation)
Hello, teachers I have a question.
When I'm watching the English movies or TV dramas I occationaly hear the sound like rapid ''no'' at the beginning of the some speechs where "No" is less likely to occur.
1: Now
2: (I/We) know
3: No
Excuse This may be a vague question to answer but which in above is most likely to occur do you think?

The pronunciation of "know" and "no" is quite equivalent. However, when the response is completely negative,
people tend to stress the "n" in "no" much more.
