In the case of nowhere can I then say : I´m going nowhere?

Yes, you can say it, but it could mean something different.

I'm not going anywhere is more likely to be literal. There is no place that you going to be moving to, whether by car, by plane, walking, or whatever. You are going to remain just where you are now.
