Nowhere can I find it.

Nowhere can I find it.

Hello,
I don't have any source or context. But is the structure correct?

I think it's incorrect because "can I" is only used when we want to start a question. Like:

Can I find it....?
or
Where can I find it?
or
Nowhere I can find it.

Nowhere can I find it. = seems odd to me

What's your opinion?

Thank you.
