Now/Are you listen to me

According to the movie script, Dustin Hoffman says, "Now you listen to me."
However, to my ear, Dustin Hoffman says, "Are you listen to me." (1:17 - 1:18)

I may be wrong. I am not a native speaker of English.
Which did he say?
