In contemporary life, the upsurge of technology advances exerts the potential influence on the way people communicate with others. From my perspective, this tendency has entailed multiple drawbacks.

To begin with, the unhindered development of handheld devices is drastically affected people’s daily communication. In this day, more and more pressure arise from job deadline, colleagues as well as academic works, thus eliminating the squandered time on direct contact is a viable solution to save time. An Internet-connected smartphone has able to send instant messages making it easier for people to enjoy a quick chat and do efficient work via emails sending. However, whilst using this alternative way, people can suffer from social isolation and lose precious relationship from loved ones which results from a lack of direct connection and misunderstanding.

Notwithstanding, the development of technology changing people’s connection is associated with the attraction of mass social media. There are a large number of websites and apps which are the on-demand tools of people such as Facebook, Instagram as well as What’s app allowing people to pose their own photos as a way of aspirating their synonymous demands and sharing about life. As a result, they stare handy devices continuous for average several hours a day suffering the newsfeeds, making conversation with virtual friends which are no genuine at all. This phenomenon creates multiple challenges for healthcare systems because of raising diabetes disease, obesity, nervous disorder, especially among youngster. This pressing problem is related to the needs of more expenditure for hospitals and the lack of facilitation for education as well as transportation which hinder the national civilization.

In conclusion, technological devices are drastically diversified result from an overabundance of handheld devices. This proliferation carries many demerits which exert adverse effects on people life.
