Nowadays, many pp cannot read or write. What problems does this can cause? What measures can governments take to solve these problem.

Nowadays, reading and writing habit has been receiving a great deal from public attention. Although this trend can be attributed to a whole host of reasons, some feasible solutions can be considered to address this.

There are a number of problems caused by losing ability to read or write. First, since almost information exists in form of words, ability to read or write is necessary. In fact, this skill is an indispensable skill which will support for job down the road and losing work opportunity. Second, because of inability to read or write, pp may lose their interests. This means that unfairness has potential to affect individual's life which degrade standard of their living.

Nevertheless, there are a variety of solutions to reserve that trend. First, by creating many centers to teach reading and writing, government can decrease the number of an illiterate person. For example, making evening continuation classes can supply good chances for an unschooled person to improve their reading and writing ability. Second, in order to support illiterate person, the government can facilitate them by supplying a kind of certificate instead of a Temporary Certificate of High School Graduation. This means that the certificate will be available for many jobs in the society which facilitate to land decent jobs.

In conclusion, although reading or writing is an important ability to all of pp, some illiterate person can find the solutions. By considering all possible ways, government should be able to deal with the problem/ find the best approach.
