Computers play a very important role in our daily life, it is a great tool to help we work easier, make more money, and entertain such as playing games. However, there are many people, especially children, spend too much time on playing computer game and it affects to them negatively. We discuss the disadvantages of play games and solutions to minimize it.
The first drawback of playing computer games is that it has a negative effect on health. The percentage of short-sightedness has increased strongly because young people spend too much time on putting their eyes on the screen of computers to play games. Also, playing games can make our physical health is weakened. It makes the children lazier. Moreover, according to researchers, violent games can lead to violent acts as the children copy it. For example, there is a boy who hit his classmate for he thinks he is a fighter in the game. In addition, it is one of the factors that lead to autism. For instance, there are many young people who are shine to communicate for they spend the most time in the room playing games.
To minimize these negative impacts, we should organize outdoor activities to encourage them to discover the world and make new friends. Schools should educate students about the bad effects of playing games. The parents need to manage using the computer of our children and care them more like spending more time on playing with them. Nevertheless, we can let them play intellectual games or games retale to subjects in school.
