These days, it is accessible for many people to use computers, which improves greatly the quality of human being life. However, the there is a huge number of children using computers for playing games. In this essay, I will figure out influences done on children and suggest the corresponding solution to deal with this problem.

It is abused for children to play games on computers, which makes them could cope with many healthy-risky problems. For instance, when they put their eyes on the screen attentively, their head have an unconscious movement toward the screen and then this would cause neck and back pain. In the long-term, it is reported that if children spend more than two hours for being planted in front of screens, they would get obese and their eyes will also be ruined or even be destroyed by green lights emitting from the screen. Furthermore, time for studying and participating in other activities could be decreased since they get addicted to playing games and would be not interested to consume their time for these other things.

Computers are becoming popular along with useful. Children could not be prevented from using computers or especially playing games. However, they could be educated that how to use efficiently by conducting them other benefits of computers. For example, teachers and adults should tutor children to sit in front of computer properly. Likewise, children should be limited by time or rules which are planned by parents. Throughout this time, this action should be carried out stringently. Parents should be good examples for their children to follow such as spending more time for activities which are good for health.

In conclusion, I believe that computer games bring many disadvantages things which are mentioned above. Nonetheless, they could also advantage if children could use them accurately.
