Is it correct to write now onward/s or onward/s ?. For example-''Please follow the Revised system from now onwards for Malaysia.

The last part of the sentence needs to be changed, e.g.

Please follow the revised system from now on (onward / onwards) for filing your Malaysian income taxes.
