Now on and now onwards

hi..............
I am just confused and I don't know to use "now on" and "now onwards". Could you please explain me with some best examples.......

The phrase is 'from now on/onward/onwards'.

You can use them all in the same way, but most people just use 'from now on'. Use it when you are talking about an action or condition starting now and continuing into the indefinite future: 'From now on, I will brush my teeth after every meal'.

Now on and Now onwards are they both mean the same, can we use either one while talking, if no please give me some examples and make me clear please.
