Hi Vincent,

Here is my suggestion:

He wears his helmet while riding his motorcycle (every day).

You can also start the sentence with Every day if you like.

If you want to replace his with the, you need to address the object before using the definitive article.

What is wrong if I use "wear" instead of "put on"?

Can I say,

(a) He is wearing his helmet before he is riding.
