now [comma?] would you?

Hi everyone, I have a little comma dilemma which I'd like your input on if its not too much bother.

In which of the following sentences is the comma correct:

You wouldn't want that to happen, now would you?
You wouldn't want that to happen, now, would you?
You wouldn't want that to happen now, would you?

I was originally going for the third one, but now i think that the meaning could be misconstrued as "You wouldn't want that to happen at the present moment, would you?", which is not the intended meaning.
Therefore, i'm now leaning towards the first one.
Your thoughts, disagreements on this would be appreciated!
Thanks
TT

Thanks Mr M. In that case I shall defer to you. The second it is.
