Now accepting new insurance patients - Grammatically correct?

I just came across the following phrase in a website. If you search the phrase in double quote you'll get to see the site.

"Now accepting new insurance patients"

I want to know if this is grammatically correct or means anything.

Thanks in advance.

Yes. It is not a complete sentence, though.

It means, "We will accept new patients who have insurance."
