Now a days

Hello Teachers,

Sir,

I was reading a book of STD IV yesterday. In that book, there was a sentence starting with "now a days, satellite......'

I thought that "now a days" may be some thing else. But when I consulted a dictionary ,I found that it is "nowadays" which is an adverb and a single word.

What is your opinion about this?

Is it a printing mistake or else?

Thanks

I'd guess it's a misprint. "nowadays" is the only form I'm familiar with. CJ
