Novice in command over English and Drafting official letters

Sir/Madam,

I m Ankit working in a co-operate offcie , i have done Btech in Textile and serving in Textile company as an Marketing Excecutive , though i have read a lot of articles and always stride hard toward learning about the drafting an official and influencive letter , but i cant get through into it , since i m not able to express the correct word and frame sentence what i want to convey ..whether it is so strange that it seems mudane and dull, w/o having adorn factor in it ..

Now, i m aggresively wish to learn about how could i have the habit to draft well toned letter in which i can feel confident and since i m seekng for a change and want to get into more professional world where there is need to be good command over English language @ every turn.

so, i want you to plz provide me some assistance and help , from where and how can i enchance my letter drafting skills , since i beome submissive and timid that i cant handle any client after certain extend,it hard to carry this attitude and alwayz try to escape from talking with the customer verbally.

I want to make myself so lingually strong that i can withstand before any client @ any point to communication,

Plz help me to buith up my English as well as letter drafting skills.
