Noun+to verb

Hello friends.
There are some nouns which we can use with "to verb".
Are they limited or we can use everything?
Example,
Lets think that I had money and I was going to help poor children with that money. Then, It was lost. Can I say:
" The money to help poor children was extremely important. "
or
" The money in order to help poor children was extremely important. "
Are they correct gramatically?
Thank you.

The infinitive, or the "to verb" as you call it, is a verbal that can be used as a noun, adjective, or adverb. In your example, it is used as an adjective to modify "money," telling which money.
