Nouns,adverbs or Adjectives ?

Those words like Tommorow,Yesterday,Today,Next week is adjective,verb,noun or adverb ? Example,thsess words followed by has or have ? Example,' Tommorow has/have ' or 'Yesterday has/have' or ' Today has/have football match '.Can someone explain to me in detail so that i can understand.I am beginner in English.Thanks

(1) Let's take today.

(a) Today's newspaper is very interesting. = the possessive case

of today (a noun) being used as an adjective.

(b) Today is my birthday. = today as a noun.

(c) I will go today. = The books call this an adverbial objective.
