Is saying, "your sample falls below the action levels and meets the criteria set forth by..." Imagine we tested a sample for cholesterol and arsenic. There is a table that shows cholesterol to be 180 and your arsenic level to be zero (undetectable). The same table show the action levels to be 200 for cholesterol and 1 for arsenic. Originally, I had "your samples met the action levels", which I can see is ambiguous, although the table clearly shows the values of the sample to be less than the action levels.
