Nouns + Numbers

If a noun is followed by a number, do we ordinarily cap the noun?

Examples:

1) The cashier processed the transaction at Register #2. (Include the 'pound' sign?)

2) The customer fell in Aisle #2.

(Same inquiry.)

3) She processed Transaction #1234567. (Same inquiry.)

Thanks.
