1. Is this sentence correct:


"Usually, it takes 25 years for a tree to give cork for the first time, and after that the harvest happens every 9 years. A game of patience, but with a high yield in financial terms."



2. And would the sentence mean the same as it follows:


"Usually, it takes 25 years for a tree to give cork for the first time, and after that the harvest happens every 9 years. A game of patience, but with a high profit in financial terms."
