Noun+Participle


Ex)) In Exodus, Yaweh seems to take up residence in this tent-shrine, his glory encamped among the Israelites
I see sentences with the form of 'subject + adjective or participle, after 'comma', without verb and connectors.
Whenever I see sentences like this, it's hard to make any sense of it.
Could you explain?
