Grammar

Noun + verbal

Hi Teachers.

Are both of below two sentences grammatically correct?

1. "Learning grammar is difficult."

2. "Grammar learning is difficult."

from my point, "grammar" is the object of "learning" in the first sentence, and is an adjective which modifies "learning" in the second sentence. Does such point make sense?

Thanks for your reply.
