Q1. the Toyota tea house, Toyota tea house, Toyota's tea house, Toyota Tea House: Can all four be right?

Q2. We are recruting a good employee having challenging spirit.

What is an appropriate word for the spirit, when the required employee should have such spirit not to afraid of challenges and willing to take hardship and overcome it. (I once heard that a native speaker said that challenging spirit is not appropriate to write in a resume because it sounds like I like to challenge and fight with my seniors. )
