noun-pronoun agreement?

This is a sentence on an aquatics sign. I need help in knowing any noun-pronoun agreement: All riders must ride feet first with ankles crossed while lying on their back with their hands clasped behind their heads at all times.

Anyone see anything wrong with this?

Thanks
