Noun Possesive's

Is the following question written correctly?

"Aldergrove and Middlefield’s devices remain unresponsive at this time."

Is has two nouns and I was not sure if each of the nouns should have a " 's " written at the end of the word.

Thanks for any help.

It depends on what you mean:

Aldergrove and Middlefield’s devices = the two people share the same devices.
Aldergrove's and Middlefield’s devices = the two people each have their own devices.

They are names of schools, so it is a building name. Why would it matter?

Thanks Mister Micawber, this clarify's it. Indeed I each of the schools has their own device. So I did make a small grammar error, as there is an individual device at each site.
